A native of Virginia for 21 years, Jennie moved to Atlanta to oversee the daily operations of Red V Foods in 2022. As General Manager, Jennie manages end-to-end operations, maintains financial reporting and operating budgets, and supervises over 30 personnel. She spearheads various efforts to improve operational efficiency and boost the company’s growth in the U.S. market.
Jennie graduated from De La Salle University in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics, majoring in Accounting. She passed the board licensure in 1983. A few years later, Jennie worked as a food and beverage director and executive chef at a country club in Virginia. Afterward, she became an administrative manager and accountant for 10 years. Outside work, Jennie spends her free time traveling, cooking, and playing tennis with her family.
