  • Jennie Locsin

    General Manager

    A native of Virginia for 21 years, Jennie moved to Atlanta to oversee the daily operations of Red V Foods in 2022. As General Manager, Jennie manages end-to-end operations, maintains financial reporting and operating budgets, and supervises over 30 personnel. She spearheads various efforts to improve operational efficiency and boost the company’s growth in the U.S. market. 

    Jennie graduated from De La Salle University in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics, majoring in Accounting. She passed the board licensure in 1983. A few years later, Jennie worked as a food and beverage director and executive chef at a country club in Virginia. Afterward, she became an administrative manager and accountant for 10 years. Outside work, Jennie spends her free time traveling, cooking, and playing tennis with her family.

  • Bob Weschrek

    General Sales Manager

    Bob is proud to have been a significant contributor to the growth of Red V Foods over the past 30 years. With over 40 years in the industry, he has extensive expertise in all aspects of the company’s operations—from sales and marketing to manufacturing and distribution. 

    In 1998, Bob was promoted from Plant Manager to General Manager, a position he held until 2022. He now looks forward to Red V Foods’ further growth under new leadership as he cuts back to enjoy other passions, such as golf.

  • Ann Fulmer

    Assistant General Manager

    Ann helps ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly. She assists in various matters—from project planning to staff management—and steps up in the absence of the General Manager. 

    An employee of Red V Foods for over 15 years, Ann started as a Systems Analyst and was later promoted to Assistant Controller before attaining her current position. 

    Ann has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from De La Salle University in the Philippines and a master’s degree in accounting from Strayer University. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are all integral to her role as an Assistant General Manager. When not at work, Ann loves to relax with her husband and two girls by watching movies, having tea parties, building Legos, and baking sweets.

  • Vince Diaz

    Plant Manager

    As the Plant Manager, Vince oversees general operations for Red V Foods’ manufactured products. He ensures that each item the company produces is of the highest quality and that the facility is up to date with all necessary certifications.

    Vince has a bachelor's degree in computer science from De La Salle University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Georgia. He has been with Red V Foods for over 20 years in various roles. Currently, Vince enjoys the challenges his position entails—fulfilling customer orders on time to ensure they never run out of coconut. Outside work, he loves spending time with his family, traveling, watching sporting events, and collecting watches.

  • Robert Santiago

    Sales Manager

    As a sales manager, Robert helps with the development of Red V Foods’ coconut cream and coconut milk powder product lines. He is also responsible for the sales of all company products in California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, and Florida. 

    Robert graduated from the University of the Philippines with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s in business administration. He has been a part of Red V Foods for 29 years. Prior to this, however, he was involved with Caterpillar Inc., a company that manufactures heavy equipment. If you look for Robert in his spare time, you will most likely find him performing maintenance work on his cars.

  • David McDaniel

    Retail National Accounts Manager

    David has been in the retail grocery business since 1983. After graduating college, he worked with many retailers in the Middle Tennessee area before he began calling on major chains and wholesaler buying offices as a branded broker in 1984. 

    Working his way up the corporate ladder, David eventually became Red V Foods’ Retail National Accounts Manager. He currently works with all grocery retailers throughout the USA to bring Red V Foods premium coconut products under their private label brand. However, in David’s spare time, he enjoys playing golf.

  • Ryan McArdle

    Sales Associate

    Ryan handles all the sales in Red V Foods’ Canadian market, along with most of the Northeast and Midwest markets. He is committed to helping customers by determining their needs, answering their questions, and recommending the right solutions. 

    Part of the company since 2017, Ryan used to manage a family business in Long Island, NY. He played baseball all four years of college and even pursued a professional sports career for two seasons after school. In his free time, he now works on lowering his handicap on the golf course while seeking new, great relationships.

  • Chris Thompson

    Sales Executive

    Chris’ strength lies in establishing new businesses while maintaining strong relationships with Red V Foods’ valued existing partners. He joined the company in August 2022. Before this, he spent the last 10 years working in the marketing and sales department of a leading manufacturer of golf products. 

    In his spare time, Chris enjoys cooking, golfing, landscaping, and hanging out with his son. He enjoys cultivating relationships that extend beyond day-to-day business and believes it’s only when you know the person that you can truly understand their specific needs for success.

  • Lisa Reyes

    eCommerce Manager

    Lisa handles online sales and digital marketing for Red V Foods’ in-house retail brand, Fiesta Tropicalé. She launched Fiesta Tropicalé into the digital retail space, making it one of the top-ranking brands on Amazon for organic desiccated coconut. Not wanting to stop there, Lisa is now paving the way to make Fiesta Tropicalé a household name and bring Red V Foods’ premium coconut ingredients to every kitchen in America.

    Lisa’s creativity and organizational skills drive Red V Foods’ marketing initiatives and tradeshow events. When she’s not thinking about 101 ways to promote coconuts, Lisa loves winding down by spending her evenings watching Netflix with her husband and 2 girls.
